   I agree, but try visiting Petoskey on say, December 15th, or February 5th. It sucks balls. Petoskey is fucking awesome, and Northern Michigan in general. But only for about 6 months of th eyear.

    Yes Petoskey WAS nice before when it was STILL a somewhat sleepy and quaint little town. BUT..now its all overbuilt in a way that Traverse City has become. Too many tourists now are crowding out the residents and increasing the demand for cheap labor. I use to live there and never seen so many minorities. The blacks (African Americans) and Mexicans outnumbered
    the Native Americans…before too long the Caucasians (white folks) WILL be the minority.

    My Dad was born and raised in Petosky. I been there myself on several occasions. Its a great town. Great Pix!

    I live in petoskey
    Too many tourist though come in the summer and their rude and some winter weeks get crazy. THough when the snow melts but its too cold out and i mean Spring there isnt anything to do but overall great place to live
